What is it?
Vangura is a strong believer in YOU, the kitchen and bath professional. Whether as Wholesale Direct or as a Traditional Dealer, Our "Authorized Dealer Mix Graph” shows the percentage of traditional dealers versus Wholesale Direct Dealers. (Note: A Dealer can be both a Traditional and Wholesale Direct Partner at the same time)
Why is it important?
It is especially important for the traditional kitchen professional to keep an eye on this. If you add Wholesale Direct to your arsenal of tools it adds a service to your offerings that has not been seen before. Allowing Vangura to act on your behalf, assisting with the sale of the countertop portion of the project, your time can be focused more on other aspects of the project and most importantly, your customer. Wholesale Direct provides the opportunity to capture profits that might otherwise be lost to a countertop fabricator that sells direct to the public.
Sales Mix
What is it?
"Sales Mix" is the percent of sales revenue that Vangura receives from Traditional Kitchen and Bath Sales versus Wholesale Direct Sales.
Why is it important?
As the "Sales Mix" changes over time you should begin to see the tremendous benefits that Wholesale Direct Dealers are experiencing by using this program.
These benefits include:
• Vangura's in house consultants work directly with your customer as a Wholesale Direct customer.
• The Quality, Service, and Diverse Product Line only Vangura delivers assures INCREASED REFERAL SALES.
• You, maintain profit margins otherwise potentially lost.
• You, continue to keep and work with your customer.
• Complete Transparency of your customer’s progress through Vangura's CRM (Customer Relationship Management). You can track every communication Vangura has with your customer.
• Vangura can maintain responsibility for the countertops, measure and installation-freeing your time and efforts to focus on other aspects of the project.
Allocation of Commission
What is it?
Sometimes Vangura gets a customer who walks in with no referral from a dealer and is simply looking for a countertop. This graph will show the percentage of un-referred customers versus referred customers.
Why is it important?
It is important because it has always been, and continues to be, Vangura's policy that we DO NOT sell direct. Vangura makes every attempt to encourage Dealer involvement. However, on very rare occasions, Vangura must work directly with the un-referred customer. Otherwise that customer will purchase directly from a retail fabricator in which case we both lose. This will result in a loss for the Customer, the K&B Professional and Vangura, assuring a win for only the retail fabricator that sells direct. We treat these customers as Wholesale Direct customers by utilizing a Wholesale Direct account setup that captures the commission for each sold countertop and adds that commission to a Dealer Marketing Account. These funds will be used for total dealer support through advertising and other referral generating activities. These marketing efforts will be in total direct support of our dealers. This exciting program begins in January 2019, utilizing the 2018 "POOL" of funds and beyond.
